Dear APA-IL Chicago Metro Section Members,

The Chicago Metro Section bylaws item on the APA National ballot didn't reach the required initial vote threshold, and the ballot has been invalidated.  

SO, YES!  Even if you voted on the APA National ballot, PLEASE vote using this new ballot for your vote to count toward the modernization of our bylaws.
