I have volunteered with APA-IL since 2018, first serving as the Secretary of the Chicago Metro Section and more recently as the Chair of the Professional Development Committee.

I have a bachelor’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning and a minor in Architecture from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana. I have worked as a Community Planner for the City of Naperville for over 5 years and am the staff liaison to our Planning and Zoning Commission. As a Community Planner, I have found the support of the APA-IL to be very beneficial to both my educational and professional development.

I will work to assist the Executive Board, continue to listen to constituents' ideas, and provide professional development opportunities for both professionals and students. I will strive to create a resource which helps to improve knowledge in the planning profession and increase outreach and communication through networking events.
