Lacey Rains Lowe is a Senior Planner with the City of Champaign.  She works primarily on long-range and neighborhood planning, and has a growing specialty in “other duties as assigned.”  Lacey would love to answer your questions about future land use maps, backyard hens, dumpster enclosures or radical community engagement that includes building a neighborhood park in less than three months.  She asks that you hold your questions on the park for another month...unless you would like to join her on-site with a shovel.
