Strategic Plan

The Jasper Street plan rose to the top because the planning team engaged with youth in a way that would build a culture of biking in sustainable ways for the future.

"We love that the Jasper Street project included their grant application documents on their project website (yay transparency!)."

There was a heavy focus on going into the community rather than expecting the community to come to the planning team. Deliberate relationship building with existing organizations allowed the planning team to bring everyone to the table to make the community better.
