Build Up Cook targets underrepresented communities in an intentional and purposeful way to ensure that the most at-risk individuals are highlighted.

This Cook County endeavor helps to improve the lives of many disadvantaged communities and continues to highlight the importance of planning in all communities we serve.

The program works to build partnerships with elected officials, community representatives, and stakeholders, ensuring that initiatives are driven by local needs. Having the ability to provide technical support at the county level helps the community ultimately compete within the broader context of county needs.
