The Village of North Riverside Hosts Plan Commissioner Training 4/9/25

The Village of North Riverside hosted a commissioner training session on April 9, 2025. Planning & Zoning Commissioners, an elected official, and staff attended the session, and discussed a variety of topics including the use of findings of fact when reviewing zoning cases, potential conflicts of interest, and handling interactions with the public during public hearings. The training session was presented by Tom Farace, AICP, Village of Carol Stream.
